西藏的先天性心臟病發病率高達7%，病因多樣。雖然手術被認為是先天性心臟病的標準且有效的醫療解決方案，但西藏的醫院一般沒有設備和醫護人員來進行手術。其實，及時診斷和治療可以大大提高兒童的存活率。先天性心臟病乃出生缺陷相關死亡的主要原因，藉着降低其機率可幫助兒童重過健康新生活。
為解決此需求，擇善基金會和思源基金會共同籌集資金支持「感動西藏」項目。這項人道主義工作包括在拉薩西藏人民醫院購買和安裝一個雙平面導管實驗室以及建造一個 16 個床位的兒科重症監護室。上述設備均為醫院首次設立。在項目實施的首階段，五名藏族醫生接受來自中國、新加坡、馬來西亞和美國的義工醫生的培訓，自項目啟動以來，他們貢獻其時間和專業知識，為挽救醫院中許多兒童於垂危之中。政府出資 80 萬美元使該設施全面運作，現在西藏每個 18 歲以下患有先天性心臟病的兒童都可以在該機構接受免費心臟護理。

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
