鐵樹銀花（註冊為鐵樹銀花(香港)有限公司）成立於2018年，是一家致力在香港引進日本安老服務模式的社會企業。 這種模式的理念是創造特定的環境和護理文化，讓長者充分發揮潛能，自給自足，安享晚年。「鐵樹銀花」即「鐵樹開銀花」的意思，比喻長者寶刀未老，仍能活得精采。
鐵樹銀花的收入來自舉辦電影放映會、體驗式學習課程、培訓工作坊和講座，這些都是為了改善香港的安老院和家庭住屋的護理質素。J-Care是他們的旗艦虛擬現實培訓項目，讓參加者進入認知障礙症患者的世界，是香港首個同類項目。透過模礙認知障礙症患者的第一身感受，參與者能夠親身經歷患者在不同場景中所面臨的種種挑戰。整個模擬過程均伴隨導師的講解，讓參加者更深入地了解認知障礙症患者的需求和感受。鐵樹銀花的項目或能減少社會大眾對各種老齡問題的羞恥感和恐懼，有助消除大眾對這些弱勢社群的排斥。
2018年，擇善基金會贊助了日本「介護」電影（「介護」即看護、照顧之意，為日常獨立起居有困難者提供幫助）《照護人》的首次放映會及相關培訓課程，得到安老護理從業員和政策制定者的廣泛好評。 2021年，擇善基金會支助了鐵樹銀花的材料費用和人力資源，以提升其虛擬現實培訓項目的硬件和軟件，也為鐵樹銀花在業務重組期間所面臨的財政短缺提供了支援。這個先進的培訓項目讓鐵樹銀花更有效地運用遙距及手機學習模式提供學習內容，將J-Care的理念宣揚到更廣泛的專業和公眾領域當中。

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
