ZeShan Foundation looks forward to working with charitable or non-profit organizations, which have built in a sound governance structure, boast a strong track record in program delivery, demonstrate transparency and accountability in using grants, and which are willing to comply with the reporting, monitoring and evaluation requirements as required by the Foundation.

On further enquiries about your project we may require the following information:
About your organization
- Name, address, contact number, email address and website (if available)
- Names of directors and executives
- How the board of directors is selected
- Proof of non-profit status or qualifications of the individual seeking funding
- When the organization was founded
- Names and summary of projects satisfactorily completed
- Names of previous funding sources/recommendations
- Financial situation e.g. balance sheets and income statements
- How the project would promote the goals of ZeShan Foundation
(E.g. Health in China, primarily AIDs and HepB; Education in China; Human and social services in HK; Philanthropy development in HK and China)
- Whether or not the organization has applied for other sources of funding to support the project concerned
