On further enquiries about your project we may require the following information:

About your organization

• Name, address, contact number, email address and website (if available)
• Names of directors and executives
• How the board of directors is selected
• Proof of non-profit status or qualifications of the individual seeking funding
• When the organization was founded
• Names and summary of projects satisfactorily completed
• Names of previous funding sources/recommendations
• Financial situation e.g. balance sheets and income statements
• How the project would promote the goals of ZeShan Foundation
  (E.g. Health in China, primarily AIDs and HepB; Education in China; Human and social services in HK; Philanthropy development in HK and China)
• Whether or not the organization has applied for other sources of funding to support the project concerned
